Client Service Associate (Part-Time) Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Client Service Associate to join our growing team. We realize that the title “Client Service Associate” (or “CSA” as we call it internally) is vague. The CSA works with our Client Service Director and Wealth Advisors to provide an excellent experience for our clients. The CSA role is to make our clients feel cared for and to solve their problems. To do this job well will require being comfortable solving problems without clear guidance and treating clients like loved ones.

How to Succeed

Successful CSAs at Illumination…

• Be responsible for maintaining our CRM (Salesforce) and updating our client records
• Completes all client account paperwork accurately
• Processes account applications, account transfers and fund requests in a timely fashion
• Handle client issues and requests
• Be the intermediary between clients, advisors, and our custodians, making sure the custodian does their job for the client
• Provide administrative support to our firm and the advisors
• Assist team members with client projects and organizing client documentation
• Help maintain calendars
• Ensure the office is fully stocked with the proper supplies
• Be comfortable with cloud-based applications, e-signatures, and learning new software
• Exhibit a positive can-do attitude
• Have exemplary attention to detail
• Assist and coordinate firm wide events (client appreciation events, employee appreciation events, etc.)

Desired Skills and Experience

1-2 years financial services industry experience or administrative support desired. We do not require a college degree, but it is helpful.
