People like to call this time of year either March Madness or April Fools. From our experience, it’s more fitting to call it March Momentum and April Rules. With college basketball in a frenzy and a Shark Tank far from empty, we are going to share our experience with both in our April 2015 Newsletter. This is what we cover:

  • 10 Success Principles from the Front Row of Mark Cuban & Bo Ryan

10 Success Principles from Mark Cuban & Bo Ryan

This past week I had the privilege of seeing Mark Cuban and Mark Burnett at the USC Marshall School of Business as well as witness my Wisconsin Badgers advance to the Final Four with a big victory over Arizona at the Staples Center. I couldn’t help but think “success” after those experiences and I want to share with you The Top 10 Success Principles I learned from Mark Cuban and Bo Ryan (The University of Wisconsin’s Head Coach) – up close and personal.

“What I’ve learned is that if you really want to be successful at something, you’ll find that you put the time in. You won’t just ask somebody if it’s a good idea, you’ll go figure out if it’s a good idea.” – Mark Cuban

There is so much to be learned about life from sports and business. In this age of information and entertainment, invest some of your time in looking at things from a new perspective. It’s amazing what you can glean from a game of hoops. If you want any more insight from the talk with Mark on Tech, Sharks and Mavericks, please e-mail me. I’d be happy to share.

All the best
